It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susan Kay Dally of Boone, Iowa, born in Rolfe, Iowa, who passed away on October 26, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, H. Curtis Jones and Mary Frances Jones (McIntire); her husband Wilbur Dally; her brothers, Charles and Douglas; and her niece Alyson Conklin.
She is survived by: her former husband Maurice Baldus; her children, Cindy Baldus Hicks of Stratford, Maureen Burke (John) of Ames, Doug Baldus (Ronda) of Des Moines, Mark Baldus (Donna) of Divide, CO and Mike Baldus (Beth) of Osceola; and her siblings, Mary Beth Schroeder Fracek (Eugene) of Ankeny, Gary Stevenson (Sharon) of Rhode Island and Kelly Jones (Denise) of Boone. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to Boone Area Humane Society or to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
