He is survived by: his parents, Betty Crise (Fromm) of Boone and Jerry Crise; his children, Bart Crise of Colfax, Cerri Oldsen of Valeria, Chad Crise (Karissa) of Baxter, Adam Crise (Emily) of California and Derek Crise (Sami) of Monroe; and his siblings, Justin Crise of Boone, Brian Crise of Ames, Jerry Crise (Pam) of Chicago, IL, MaryLou Carlson (Larry) of Boone, Cinda Eckard (Rob) of Boone and Linda Dostal (Dave) of Cambridge, WI. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to the Animal Rescue League of Iowa.
