He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Gustafson and Viola Gustafson (Boderius); and his brother Douglas Gustafson. He is survived by: his wife Jody Gustafson; his sons, Matt Gustafson (Jennifer) and Jason Gustafson (Sarah); his grandchildren, Brady, Alli, Jordyn, Quinn, Blake and Brooke; his brother Mark Gustafson (Val); and his sister-in-law Ann Gustafson. He is also survived by several nephews, and a niece.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association or the Boone A&M FFA Chapter at Boone High School.
