She was predeceased by: her parents, Chad Bills and Shirley Bills (Gilliland); her brother Jeff; and her granddaughters, Amber Low and Raven.
She is survived by: her former husband Ken Low; her husband Virgil Glover Jr.; her son Shane Low (Ocean) of Des Moines; her grandchildren, Eric Thorup, Tyler Lambert, Cassie Elsberry and Keegan Low; her siblings, Pat Elsberry (Craig) of Boone and Dave Bills (Vickie) of Dayton; and her sister-in-law Carol Jennings of Boone.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to the Open Bible Church in Boone.
