He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Clark, Frenchie Harper, Donald and Betty Johnston; and his nephew Daniel Sesker.
He is survived by: his parents, Clark Harper Jr. of Creston and Jean Harper (Johnston) of Boone; his children, Chase Harper of Phoenix, AZ, Cassandra Harper (Michael Carter) of Des Moines, Cole Harper of Ames and Conner Harper of Boone; his grandson Beau Carter; and his siblings, Mysty Stumbo (Marvin) of Boone and John Harper (Mary Lea) of Lexington, KY. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to Shane's Family.
