He was predeceased by: his parents, Janice Mae Mallicoat (Carpenter) and Gary Mallicoat; his parents-in-law, Pat and Connie McCoy (Lacey); his sister Wendy Miller; and his pets, Hooter and Buckshot.
He is survived by: his wife Deb Mallicoat; his daughter Bre Kathman; his siblings, Mike Mallicoat (Lori) and Ann Reeves; his brother-in-law Mike Miller; and his father-in-law Jim Lacey. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
