With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Ruth Ann Abbott of Boone, Iowa, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Jurries and Grace Mable Jurries; her husband Lynn Abbott of John's Lutheran Church; her son Christopher Abbott; and her siblings, Rose, Delores and Donald.
She is survived by: her son Andrew Abbott (Christopher); her grandchildren, Gaven and Brecken Abbott; her daughter-in-law Amie Abbott; and her sister Joan. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be directed to the American Red Cross to help with their blood drives, or to Trinity Lutheran Church in Boone.
