He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Kruse and Lillian Kruse (Lobe); his brother Raymond Kruse; his stepdaughter Lori Mendez; and his stepgrandsons, Steven and Josh Snyder.
He is survived by: his brothers, Gordon Paul and Raymond Fred; his wife Lullabell of Boone; his children, Michele Latterell (Scott) of Dodgeville, WI and Troy Kruse (Tammy); his stepchildren, Peggy Ober of Des Moines, Larry Kelley (Sonya) of Lehigh and David Kelley of Boone; his brother Gordon Kruse (Kathy) of Denver, CO; and his sister-in-law Dorothy Kruse of Ogden. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
