He was loved and cherished by many people including: his adoptive mother Mildred (Frank Pink); his parents, Mildred Pink (Day) and Frank Pink; his sister Barbara Adams; his nieces, Terry and Kathy; his nephew Jeff Adams; his brothers-in-law, Bob Kaufman, Harold Noland and Johnny Ray Noland; his wife Norma Pink (Noland) of Boone, IA; his children, Deb Prouty of Boone, IA, Robert Pink, Jr. (Wanida) of Las Vegas, NV, Don Pink (Betsy) of Clive, IA and Jim Pink (Dee) of Urbandale, IA; his grandchildren, Tina Prouty of Ames, IA, Travis Prouty (Julie) of Boone, IA, Cathy, Ajay and Alex Pink of Las Vegas, NV; his sister-in-law JoAnn Kaufmann of Woodridge, IL; and his caregiver Peg King. He was also cherished by two great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the Frist Presbyterian Church of Boone or the Boone County Hospital Cardiac Rehab Unit.
