With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert North (Boone, Iowa), born in Carroll, Iowa, who passed away on January 10, 2020 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Rodney 'Lorne' and Viola North (Osterlund). He is survived by: his children, Bob Jr. North (Lori) of Ankeny, Randall North (Deborah) of New York and Rosalind Zils (Robert) of Deephaven; his significant other Kelli Bennett of Boone; his significant other's daughters, Elizabeth Matthies (Ben) and Kathy Boon (Ryan); his siblings, Janice Lea (Gene) of Honey Creek, IA and Rick North (Pam) of Omaha, Neb; his grandchildren, Tara Lewis, Mason North (Nicole), Morgan Stahl (Nathan), Daniel North, Jacob Zils, Joshua North, Gracie Boon, Jacob Boon, Emmalynn Matthies and Maya North; and his great grandchild Ava Lewis. He is also survived by four nephews and one niece.

In memory of Bob, memorials may be directed to the Community Methodist Church of Ogden – Food Pantry or the United Way of Boone County, Iowa.
