He is survived by: his wife LeAnn Olson of Boone; his sons, Tim Olson of Clear Lake, IA and Mike Olson of Boone, IA; his grandchildren, Kari Rouse (Brock) of Clear Lake, IA, Cassie Olson (Akim Knight) of Ames, IA, Jessilee Olson, Jada Olson and Aaron Olson; his great grandchildren, Lincoln, Ava Rouse of Clear Lake, IA, Kyan and Kylee Knight of Ames, IA; and his siblings, Gene Olson (Linda) of Boone, IA and Judy Outtrim (Gail) of St. Louis, MO..
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Israel Family Hospice House in Ames.
