We are sad to announce that on January 3, 2024, at the age of 92, Robert D. Howe of Boone, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Howe and Clara Howe (Parks); his former wife Bonnie Hopkins; and his siblings, Joyce Rinehart and Roger Howe (Florence).

He is survived by: his wife Karen Howe; his children, Dale Howe, Patton Howe (Teri), Cecelia Howe, Denny Howe, Karessa Schaffer (Zac), Nicholas Howe (Colleen), Don Howe, Donald Howe, Jr., Steven Howe (Connor), Sophie Nelson (Chay) and Gunder Howe (Nicole); his sister Marjorie Brown; his stepson Joe Nobis (Deanna); his stepgrandchild Joey Nobis; and his stepsons, Matt Donovan and Dan Donovan (Simone). He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.
