He is survived by: his brother Ritchie Conrad (Mary) of Boone; his nephew Ben Conrad (Karen) of Grants Pass; his daughters, Alyssa Conrad of Grants Pass and Breanna Conrad of Boone; his uncle Frank Stumbo of Boone; his aunt Eleanora Conrad of Boone; and his cousins, Fred Conrad of Cape Canaveral, Susan Bryant of Mason City and Connie Strawdryer of Boone.
