He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Stumbo and Elizabeth Stumbo (Ross); his siblings, Chris Miller, JoAnn Davisson and Ricky; his grandson Brandon Schmidt; and his siblings-in-law, Dale Williams, Rich Boersma, Rich Miller, Kent Pickering and Nanette Stumbo.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Wisecup; his daughters, Lynn Clark of Ogden and Dawn Schmidt (Rus) of Boone; his siblings, Ida Williams of Boone, Marie Pickering of Eldora, Jane Boersma of Boone and Frank Stumbo (Val) of Boone; his grandchildren, Dustan Hansen (Lindsay Howard) of Boone, Cody Clark (Tristynn Leon) of Boone, Dillon Schmidt (Charli) of Boone and Brooke Ramold (Michael) of Boone; and his great grandchild Luke Ramold. He is also survived by great-granddaughter due in July, as well as many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family.
