He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Leichliter and Frances Leichliter (Dahlberg); his siblings, Harold, Richard, Evelyn and Verna; and his son-in-law Dave Naab.
He is survived by: his wife Karen of Boone; his children, Todd Leichliter of San Francisco, Gwen Naab of Spirit Lake and Natalie Moorman (Bret) of Boone; and his grandchildren, Hannah Naab, Nicole Naab, Natasha Sawyer, Alex Moorman, Caitlin Moorman and Thomas Leichliter.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family.
