She was predeceased by: her parents, David Rogers and Edna Rogers (Van Pelt); her husband Marvin Grems; her son Stephen McNace; her stepson Bryan Grems; her grandson Jason McNace; and her siblings, Mary Corson, Ruth Stumpenhorst, Morris Rogers, Don Rogers and Wayne Rogers.
She is survived by: her former husband Richard McNace; her children, Jeanne McNace of Boone, Marcia Miller of Boone, Jim McNace (Burdean) of Boone, Joan Aspengren (Rick) of Boone and Cheryl Womack (Kevin); her stepdaughter Kim Downing (Jeff) of Urbandale; her grandchildren, Jeramy McNace (Trish), Ryan Aspengren, Blake Aspengren (Jess), Brandon McNace (Erin), Andrea Lawson (Zach), Travis McNace, Amber McFarland (Steven), Matthew Miller, Breann Hollister (Jake), Cole Mallas, Payton Downing, Macie Downing, Kaden Womack and Katelyn Womack; and her sisters-in-law, Marian Rogers and Rosemary McNace. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild.
Due to CDC Guidelines regarding COVID-19, a private family funeral service will be held at the Schroeder-Reimers Memorial Chapel at 6th and Marshall in Boone.
