She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence McCrickard and Mary Forde McCrickard; her sister Jean Ann Behm; and her children, Kathy and James Burkhead.
She is survived by: her sister Mary Vallier of Missouri Valley, IA; and her children, Tom Burkhead (Janet) of Adel, IA, Karen Hurley (Tom) of Lubbock, TX, Linda Thompson (Larry) of Colo, IA, Tim Burkhead (Marcy) of Urbandale, IA, Lisa Miller (John) of Eagleville, TN, Lori Burkhead of Boone, IA and Cheri Sorber of Ogden, IA. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to the Sacred Heart Church.
