She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Thede and Mae Thede (Spraguer); her husband Charles O. Gustafson; her son Lyle; and her daughter-in-law Jeannette Gustafson.
She is survived by: her sister Chris Alexander of Boone; her grandson Jeremy Gustafson (Lindsay) of Huxley; and her great grandchildren, Lily and Hayley Gustafson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to the Boone American Legion.
