She was predeceased by: her parents, Waldo G. Phend and Enid Lorraine Phend. She is survived by: her husband Harry E. Swihart; her children, Dianne Marie Chmidling and Jim Swihart; her sisters, Grace Ross and Lois Lehman; and her grandchildren, Vikki Feldman, Quentin Swihart, Sienna Mai Saylor, Sage Marie Hegdal and Justin Kaake. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
