She was predeceased by: her parents, Anton Penning and Bessie Penning (Van Houten); her husband Carl; her son Eric Sayre; and her sisters, Shirley Zenor and Jean Hanson.
She is survived by: her son Brad Sayre of Anamosa; her daughter-in-law Mary Sayre of Boone; her sister Mary Lou Warner of Gilmore City; her grandson Matt Sayre (Lyndsey) of Ankeny; her great grandchildren, Parker, Fynley, Travis Sayre (Traci) of Bondurant and Courtney Axline (Pat) of Cedar Rapids; and also, Cooper and Tegan.
In memory of Louise, memorials may be directed to the Make a Wish Foundation of Iowa.
