She was predeceased by: her husband LaVerne Collison. She is survived by: her sons, Dale Erb (Lisa) of Ankeny and Chris Smalley (Jackie) of Boone; and her grandchildren, Ryan, Emma Smalley, Kasie Beck (Dan), Logan Erb (Miranda), Joshua and Oliver Erb. She is also survived by 2 great grandchildren; sisters; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to the family for later designation.
