He is survived by: his mother Monica Miller (Anderson); his spouse Whitney Miller (Koester); his pets, Bandit and Quincy; his stepparents, Orvale Miller (Nancy) and Monica Anderson (Gary); his siblings, Jenny Lee (Ty) of Winterset, Jessie Meyer (Steve) of Woodward, Josh Miller (Emily) of Pilot Mound and Zack Miller of Madrid; his stepsiblings, Josh VanCannon (Jen) of Ogden, Jerrod VanCannon (Megan) of Boone and Jolynn Abbey (Kendall) of Boone; his parents-in-law, David Koester of Webster City and Susan Romp (David) of Boone; his brothers, Dylan Koester (Mikala) of Webster City and Eric Frana (Alyssa Koester) of Carlisle; and also Whitney Miller. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
