She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Lestina and Ruth Lestina (Toepfer); and her brothers, George Lestina, Art Lestina and Richard Lestina.
She is survived by: her husband Daryl Kruse of Boone, IA; her children, Mike Kruse (Jill) of Ames, IA, Pat Kruse (Michelle) of Gowrie, IA, Toby Kruse (Dianna) of Boone, IA and Toni Kruse of Boone, IA; her grandchildren, Danielle Wonderly (JD), Lindsay Medearis (Cody), Kennedy Kruse, Kayden Kruse, Kolson Kruse, Emma Kruse, Raney Kruse, Bowen Kruse, Colby Johnson and Chloe Johnson; and her great grandchildren, Ellie, Ruby Wonderly, Charlie Fitzgerald and Patrick Medearis.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be directed to Trinity Lutheran Church in Boone.
