He is survived by: his mother Barbara Cummings (Bergeson); his wife Colleen "Coke" Cummings of Boone; his son Koby Cummings of Nevada, Iowa; his siblings, Keith "Angie" Cummings of Omaha, Nebraska and Kristine Cummings of Omaha; and his stepgranddaughter Kennedi Martin of Boone.
