It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kate Huffman of Boone, Iowa, who passed away on November 21, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Jordan and Dorothy Jordan (Wirth); her husband Arvid E. Huffman; her children-in-law, Collin Buckingham and Elise Huffman; her granddaughter Margo Huffman; and her siblings, Vince Jordan, Marie Uthe and Rita Jordan.
She is survived by: her children, Charles "Chuck" Huffman (Mary) of Boone, Brian Huffman (Tracy) of Boone, David Huffman of Boone, Deborah Furstenau of Des Moines, Dorene Buckingham of Boone and Denise Walters of Boone. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the Family of Kate Huffman for later designation.
