She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Snowgren and Edith Snowgren (Smith); her husband Harold; her siblings, Edward, Richard, Roger, JoAnn Lundien (Snowgren) and Helen Snowgren; and her great grandchild Lawrence Cunningham.
She is survived by: her children, Harold, Junior, Barry DeVoogd of Coon Rapids, Troy DeVoogd of Kansas City, Missouri, Tina Mourlam (Dennis) of Stratford and Alicia VanCannon of Boone; and her sister Claudia Armstrong. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family in memory of Joyce.
