With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joanne Kinsey (Boone, Iowa), who passed away on December 27, 2018 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Parks and Hazel Parks (Germer); her spouse Vernon Kinsey; her granddaughter Kandace Kinsey; her great grandchild Cody Kinsey; her siblings, Tommy, June, Charlene and Shirley; and her daughter-in-law Linda Kinsey.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Clement (Les) of Boone, Charles Kinsey (Cindy) of Crane and Douglas Kinsey of Stratford, Missouri; her sisters, Betty Kemmerer of Waterloo, Peggy Smith of Cedar Falls and Jacqueline Sebring of Waterloo; and her grandchildren, Seanna Smith, KiKi Schlitz and James Kinsey. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren; two great -great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
