He is survived by: his children, Jim McGinnis of Clive, Kenneth McGinnis of Erie, PA and Lorrie Smith of Ames; his stepchildren, Melissa DeLanoit (Mike) of Badger, Julie Holmberg of Boone and Justin Edwards; his grandchildren, Jill McGinnis, James McGinnis (Megan), Jeremiah Page, Michael Page, William Page, Abby Holmberg, Brady Wilson (Kelli), Tom Holmberg, Ashlynn DeLanoit and Savannah DeLanoit; his great grandchildren, James Jerald, Austin Page, William Page Jr., Kayden Page, Deacon Page, Xander Page and Rhaya Page; and his pet Finn.
