She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Henderson and Ruth Henderson (Kuebler); and her son Kevin Cook. She is survived by: her grandson Kyle; her children, Lisa Siders (Bob) of Boone, Dave Cook (Chris) of Madrid and Kenny Cook (Tammy) of Oklahoma City; and her grandchildren, Mandy Loftus, Cody Cook, Reagan and James Cook. She is also survived by four great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
