She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard E. Elizabeth and Mary Elizabeth; her husband Jim of Boone; her daughter Lynne Marie Weldon; and her brother David Thomas.
She is survived by: her brother Gary; her stepchildren, Katherine Elizabeth and James; and her children, Kathie (Kevin Cottrell) of Boone and Scotty (Pam Tait) of Dayton. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
