He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Knight and Marie Knight (Showers); his former wife Elizabeth Davis; his sister Delores Oates (Tom); and his grandchildren, James Michael Anderson, Shelby Marshall and Grant Oppedahl.
He is survived by: his wife Audrey Knight (Olson); his children, Mike Knight (Diane), Jim Knight (Nancy), Jody Hartwig (Carl), Cathy Warden (Roger), Chris Knight-Gipe (Barb) and Angie Goll (Brian); his grandchildren, Leslie Johnston (Chad), Joel Anderson (Natalie), Cory Anderson (Hayley), Jonathan Marshall (Heather), Kari Rouse (Brock), Cassie Olson (Akim), Anna Oppedahl, Laura Oppedahl and Sara Oppedahl; and his great grandchildren, Haven, Liam, Lincoln, Declan, Kyan, Ava and Kylee.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Boone Salvation Army or the Boone Public Library in honor of Jack Knight.
