She was predeceased by: her parents, George Worden and Mary Worden (Watts); her husband Harold C. McGinnis; her siblings, Wilma Paul, Maxine Anderson and Don Worden; and her son-in-law Dennis Adreon.
She is survived by: her children, Beverley Adreon of Boxholm, IA, Harlan McGinnis (Georgian) of Monterey, CA and Joyce Busch (Tracy) of Boone, IA; her grandchildren, Travis Adreon (Carla) of Ogden, IA, Jill Stream (Mitch) of Churdan, IA, Sheri Butler (Jeff) of Eldora, IA, Cory Busch (Christie) of Boone, IA, Kelli Niles of Boone, IA, George McGinnis of Monterey, CA and Joseph McGinnis of Monterey, CA; and her great grandchildren, Adam, Jared, Meredith Adreon, Tysen, Dane, Beau Butler, Chandler, Carly Busch, Quinten, Gavin Niles, Mason, Emma, Broc Stream and Brenden Crow. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to The First United Methodist Church Scholarship Fund, Madrid Elementary School, Ericson Public Library, or the Ronald McDonald House.
