With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Diane Duffy Curran of Boone, Iowa, who passed away on March 2, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Regis Duffy and Gwen Duffy; her brothers-in-law, John Finley and Tom Curran; and her nephew Shannon Finley.

She is survived by: her husband William II; her children, Kit, Suzy Vietor (John), William III (Susan) of Portland, OR and Holly Sturtz (Chad) of Naperville, IL; her grandchildren, Griffin Sturtz of Providence, RI, Adam Sturtz of Indianapolis, IN, William Curran IV of Eugene, OR, Belen Curran of Portland, OR, Burke Vietor and Hunter Vietor; her brother Steve; her sisters-in-law, Jean Duffy of Boone, IA, Patricia Finley of Palm Desert, CA and Patricia Curran of Valley Center, CA; her nephews, Mike Finley of Portland, OR and Matt Finley of Moraga, CA; and her niece Molly Finley of Riverside, CA..
