She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Chase and Mary O'Dell Chase; and her sister Darlene. She is survived by: her husband John; her daughters, Terri Shuster (Brian) and Jerri Pearson (Scott); her grandchildren, Lyndsay, Grant, Collin, Chloe and Ryland; and her brothers, Robert Chase (Barbara) and Larry Chase (Linda).
Memorials may be made in care of the family to be designated at a later date to honor Eileen's life.
