He is survived by: his wife Janie Stevens of Boone; his sons, Kenneth Stevens (Kelsey) of Boone and Daniel Stevens (Michelle) of Boone; his grandchildren, Taylor McClain (Xander), Samantha Stevens, Tobi Stevens, Dalton Stevens (Ashley Elliott) and Talon Stevens; and his sister Sally Johnson (Dan Hodgson) of Boone. He is also survived by four nieces and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews.
