He is survived by: his mother Sondra Baldwin-Lyons (Christain) of Boone; his siblings, Kelley Ball-Birchmier of Ankeny and Michael Baldwin (Alyson) of Coralville; his nieces and nephews, Mary Madsen (Michael), Tanner Ball, Dalton Birchmier and Jordan Baldwin; and his great-niece Paisley Madsen.
