He is survived by: his wife Mary Pentico (Mindeman); his sons, Mike Pentico of Denver, CO, Chad Pentico of Miami, FL and Josh Tracy of Boone; his granddaughter Maddie; his brother Ron Pentico (Nikki); his niece Stephanie; and his nephew Stacey.
