He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald L. Meadows and Shirley Meadows (Reed); and his brothers, Leslie and Earl Meadows. He is survived by: his siblings, Russell, Darryl Dean, Steven, Cheryl Conover (Kurt) and Pam Knutson (Steve). He is also survived by nieces and nephews; extended family; and friends.
