He was predeceased by: his parents, Merrill Lewiston and Vivan Lewiston (Purvis); his wife Lynda Bielfelt; and his sister Marilyn Platter. He is survived by: his former spouse Shirley Boyce; his daughter Sue; his grandson Damon; his great grandchild Ava; his children, Brad Lewiston, Susan Lewiston (Jimmie), Scott Lewiston, Kara Lewiston (Bob) and Kaylee Bruns (Troy); his grandchildren, Jessica, Ashley, Justin, Lance, Jamie, Samantha, Abby, Dilynn (Hailey), Adyson, Bailegh, Kayden, Rylee and Stella; his great grandchild Kaeshawn; and his mother-in-law Helen Bielfelt.
