It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dollie Eileen Allen of Boone, Iowa, who passed away on November 29, 2021, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Phillips and Elizabeth Phillips (Allen). She is survived by: her son Skylar Allen; and her grandson Lucas. She is also survived by aunt and numerous cousins.
