We are sad to announce that on February 13, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Della Mae Wirtz of Boone, Iowa, born in Perry, Iowa. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Deal and Rebecca Deal (Shaw); her husband Leo A. Wirtz; her sons, Leo Wirtz, Jr. and David Wirtz; and her siblings, Casper "Cass" Deal (Donna), Virginia Hendricks and Nannie Bovis.
She is survived by: her children, Roberta "Bobbii" Doyle (Michael) of Texas, Jackie Askland (Dennis) of Bella Vista, Linda Clarke (Doug) of Boone, William "Bill" Wirtz of Northwood and Carl Wirtz of Boone; and her sister Barbara Harriman of Oregon. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19, a memorial service and burial of her cremated remains will be held at a later date.
