It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deanna Mattson of Boone, Iowa, who passed away on August 7, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dean Wilson and Jeannette (Shaw); her brothers, Bill Wilson and Ray Wilson; and her former husbands, Don Wilcox and Merritt Mattson.
She is survived by: her husband Gary Wilcox of Moingona; her siblings, Donny Wilson (Barb) of Boone and Donna Sheibley (Mike) of Dawson; her sons, Brian Wilcox (Jaylyne) and Gary Wilcox (Robyn); her stepchildren, Becki Saia (Herb) of Newaygo, MI, Shawna Taylor of Charlotte, NC and Steven Mattson (Susan) of Lansdale, PA; her grandchildren, Bill Wilcox (Amanda) of Chaska, MN, Megan Sprecher (Clayton) of Madrid, Lindsey Wilcox of Spring, TX, Dr. Kevin Wilcox (Paulina) of Fort Worth, TX, Sam Saia (Sue) of South Lyon, MI, Brian Saia (Ashley) of Osceola, IN, Brittney Gibson of Charlotte, NC and Daniel Scuotto (Anthony) of Oldsmar, FL; and also Brian Wilcox of Spring, TX. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
