It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Darrell Walter Tingwald of Boone, Iowa, who passed away on September 30, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Tingwald and Lorraine Tingwald (Vogler); his former wife Ardith Tingwald; his grandson Jeff Forret; and his sisters, Jean Bjustrom and Lois Titman.
He is survived by: his wife Joni Tingwald of Boone; and his children, Mark Tingwald of Boone, Dianna Shearer (Leon) of Waukee, Susan Vaudt (Denny) of Storm Lake, Julie Prouty (Travis) of Boone and Scott Jones (Teri) of Ankeny. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.
Masks are recommended and social distancing will be in place.
