She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Blue and Ella Blue (Woolridge); her husband Douglas Ross Bullard; her brothers, Kenneth Blue and Donald Blue; and her son-in-law Thomas Martinez.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Martinez of Santa Clara, UT, Carol Cowan (Duane) of Ames, IA and Luther (Paula) of Clive, IA. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandsons.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be directed to Westhaven Community in Boone or Suncrest Hospice.
