She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward James Pavlik and Marie Ernestine Givens of Merrill, Iowa.; her son Ed; her brother Bud; and her uncle Merlin Givens.
She is survived by: her former husband Kenneth Frazier; her sons, Mike (Cindy) of Baker City and David (Jessica) of Montgomery, Texas; her husband Steve McCoy; and her sister Jean of North Carolina. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and many friends.
Masks will be required and social distancing will be in place.
