She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Michel and Mildred Michel (Cooper); her son Brian Arnold Braland; and her brothers, John Ross, Charles "Chuck" Michel, Floyd Michel and Gerald "Pete" Michel.
She is survived by: her husband Arnie Braland of Boone; her children, Rick Braland (Sharon) of Ogden, Dianne Frisk (Gary) of Indianapolis, IN and Lori Brown (Perry) of Boone; and her siblings, Steve Michel (Linda) of Boone, Judy Frist (Mike) of Boone and Vickie Whattoff (Don) of Kearney, MO. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandsons.
