With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Jean Sandholm of Boone, Iowa, born in Claremont, Minnesota, who passed away on December 22, 2021 at the age of 98. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carol Jean Sandholm to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Wise and Estella Wise (Joselyn); her husband Maurice Sandholm; her son Kevin Sandholm; and her sisters, Mary Anderson (Wise) and Phyllis Estlund (Wise).
She is survived by: her daughter Joy Rouse (Fred); her daughter-in-law Evelyn Sandholm; her grandchildren, Cindy Carr (Dan), Roxanne Huggins (Brian) and Ben Sandholm (Jennifer); her great grandchildren, Andrew Carr, Amelia Carr and Logan Huggins; and her sister Beverly Field. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Eastern Star Masonic Home in Boone, Iowa.
