She is survived by: her husband Clarence 'Mick Hardesty; her sisters-in-law, Gloris Capps of Pilot Mound and Connie Capps of Ames; and her nieces and nephews, Coke Smith of Boone, Patty Burkheimer of Ames and Rick Robertson (Georgia) of Des Moines.
