He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman Allen and Fern Allen (Olson); his brother Stanley Allen; and his siblings-in-law, Larry Pebbels and Maggie Porter.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Allen of Boone; his children, Bradley W. Allen Jr. and Angela Moreland (James) of Perry; his grandchildren, James Moreland III, Allison Moreland, Kevin Moreland, Heath Moreland (Hope Bucklew), Justice Moreland and Alona Moreland; and his great grandchildren, Avalynn, Remington Moreland, Mike Porter (Penny), Craig Porter, Chris Pebbels and Mary Mcgrane.
