She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Smith and Freida Smith (Binky); her husband Jack Coffman; and her son-in-law Jeff Smiley. She is survived by: her children, Dawn "Shelli" Smiley of Boone and Chuck Coffman (Elaine Schrunk) of Boone; her grandchildren, Aaron Smiley (Andrea), Austin Smiley and Alyssa Smiley; and her great grandchildren, Jonathon, Ashlyn, Jenna, Lauryn, Cadyn and Ethan.
